The third-party test reports and related material declarations, as supplied by our clients, for products appearing on Green Parents' List (www.greenparentslist.com) were reviewed and found to be compliant with a check list based on the restricted materials requirements of the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA), and/or other relevant standards and North American legislation as applicable to the product type at the time of evaluation. The determination of compliance was made using the best information available at the time of review.  Under the terms of the Green Parents' List license agreement with our clients, products will appear on the Green Parents' List website, and have authorization to use the Green Parents' List Check Mark&0153 in association with those products listed, for the period of one (1) year. Products will be subject to re-assessment for conformity to the CPSIA material requirements (or other relevant standards and legislation, as applicable) in effect at the conclusion of the one (1) year term. Only products found to be compliant at the time of evaluation will be eligible for repeat listing.
